Return policy

You can return the products within 14 days of delivery. You will always receive a refund as soon as possible.

Return instructions

To initiate a return, contact cheetahh.contact@gmail.com and our team will help you further. Return costs are for the customer.

 

Returns are not possible in the following cases

  • After the cooling-off period of 7 days
  • If the product is damaged or visibly used
  • For purchases with a coupon or discount code
  • In case of return without corresponding labels

Once we received the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. When everything is in order, we will proces your refund within .. business days of receiving the item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
